This wide-open space features a Texas-sized video wall, tiered seats for maximum visibility and an oversized stage for a wide variety of setups and audio-visual equipment. Make your attendees comfortable in lectures and presentations, with built-in tablet tables for easy note-taking that fold away for additional chair room when not in use.
The Center offers multiple tiered classrooms, fully outfitted for even the most demanding educational conferences and workshops. Your attendees will appreciate the ergonomic seating with individual pop-up electrical boxes for convenient charging. Presentation and collaboration are seamless, thanks to permanent whiteboards, tackable wall surfaces and available LCD or HC projection. With three 90-seat and six 65-seat classrooms, there are plenty of choices to fit your needs.
Five large, flat classrooms offer from 600 to 2000 square feet of meeting space that can be arranged just the way you want — including classroom, u-shaped, theatre, conference or hollow square arrangements. These rooms feature the same equipment and presentation materials as our tiered classrooms, in a more flexible format.
The Center boasts 18 different breakout rooms, ranging in size from 200 to 600 square feet. You can use these spaces for smaller meetings, spin-off gatherings within your general session or even for offices and storage during your conference. Fifteen of these breakout rooms have no permanent seating, allowing for a wide variety of setups and uses.
Our state-of-the-art telepresence environment enables conference or meeting participants to collaborate nationally or globally while staying at the Center. Assisted by the Cisco TelePresence System 3010, attendees can connect virtually face to face with up to 48 locations, 24/7. Intuitive tools facilitate natural conversation as well as rich media sharing for maximum productivity.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom offers 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 800 seats. This impressive space can be divided in multiple ways for different functional needs.
The new Robert B. Rowling Hall will include a 15,000-square-foot Ballroom and 5,000 of pre-function space. Rowling Hall will open in early 2017.
