The Carillon

This signature restaurant is the social center and focal point of the facility, the epitome of Texas hospitality, offering fine cuisine throughout the day and into the evening.

The Carillon offers a dining experience on par with any Austin five-star restaurant and in a setting reminiscent of the beautiful, historical architecture on the university campus.
