This signature restaurant is the social center and focal point of the facility, the epitome of Texas hospitality, offering fine cuisine throughout the day and into the evening. The Carillon offers a dining experience on par with any Austin four-star restaurant and in a setting reminiscent of the beautiful, historical architecture on the University campus.

Hours: Open to the public, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Gabriel’s Café is a fun, light-filled place with an emphasis on casual. Familiar food with a sophisticated twist and a wide range of beverage selections are available daily, and as the sun sets, Gabriel’s transitions into an inviting lounge where friends gather for some good cheer. The convenient location, big screen TVs, and prominent view of the Tower make Gabriel’s Café a first choice for campus entertaining.

One Twenty 5 Café, so named because the conference center opened during the university's 125th year, is a unique-concept coffee and light fare bar open to both guests and visitors. Pick up coffee, a quick breakfast or snack. Relax in our welcoming lobby or courtyard.
